Competitive Pay Rates

We recognise the hard work and dedication our tutors bring to their roles, which is why we offer competitive pay rates. We believe in fair compensation that reflects your skills, experience, and the positive impact you make in a learner’s education. Our goal is to ensure you feel valued and supported throughout your time with us.

Ongoing Guidance & Support

We’re committed to supporting you at every stage of your tutoring journey. Whether you’re new to Alternative Provision or bring years of experience, our team is here to offer advice, resources, and training to help you succeed. You’ll have direct access to your designated Education Delivery Coordinator and their admin support, who are available to assist with any questions or concerns, ensuring you feel confident, prepared, and well-supported in your role.

A Designated Education Delivery Co-ordinator to Each Tutor

Each tutor is paired with a dedicated Education Delivery Coordinator (EDCo) who provides personalised support throughout your time with us. Your EDCo is your main point of contact for day-to-day support, helping with any work-related challenges, practical queries, and communication between you, parents/carers, and other professionals. They’re here to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident in your role.

Working Hour Flexibility

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexibility when agreeing your working hours. We aim to accommodate your availability and personal commitments wherever possible. However, once a placement begins, we prioritise consistency for our learners; so agreed session times need to remain fixed. This helps build routine, trust, and stability for the young people we support.

Extensive Learning Resources

We offer a wide range of learning resources to help you deliver engaging and personalised lessons. From curriculum materials to practical learning aids, our tutors are supported with a resource budget to purchase items that best suit their learner’s needs. Our materials are regularly reviewed and updated in line with current educational approaches, helping you create meaningful and effective learning experiences.

A Clear, Structured Curriculum - Designed for you

Our curriculum is carefully selected to support tutors delivering 1:1 provision. We use structured, adaptable programmes in English and maths that align with the National Curriculum, while being flexible enough to meet individual learner needs. You’ll also receive bespoke baseline assessments, developed in-house by experienced educators to help identify starting points and guide your teaching. Everything is designed to be practical, accessible, and ready to use.
